Dagnie has been a member of the Phoenix Christian academy Choir for two years. She has also participated in the Aguilas Charity Fashion Show and the Phoenix Christian Academy Walkathon.

Dagnie is a member of the reading enrichment program for advanced readers. She has received a Recognition Award for a Science Fair project and an Outstanding Student Certificate.

Dagnie has been taking lessons in gymnastics, ballet, tap dancing, and jazz for the past two years. She also enjoys participating in pageants and has received several titles and awards including: Little Miss American Rose Avondale City Queen, Miss Arizona American Princess - Most Photogenic Princess, and Little Miss Hawaiian Tropic Director's Choice Award.
