Rules and Policies

· All fees are nonrefundable

· Model of the Month winners may not enter the following months’ competitions

· Entries must include the photographer’s copyright information

· Pilato Productions reserves the right to refuse publication and disqualify an applicant who submits images deemed inappropriate by the board

· Judges’ decisions are final

· Pilato Productions will not accept liability for theft, misdirected mail or damage to photos

· Savings bond value is subject to prorating if less than three entries per month

· Model Beauties of the Month and Miss Model Beauty USA grant Pilato Productions the right to use their image for advertisement and promotion purposes
