"I began volunteering my nursing services at the Advocacy Center for Crime Victims and Children in Waco, TX, by assisting a physician in the pediatric sexual abuse clinic. Soon after, I knew I wanted to become a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner and began training so that I could provide a much needed service to my community."

Some of Alice's academic honors include being an Honor Graduate, Student of the Year, and a University Interscholastic League Scholar Award recipient. Alice was also on the National Dean's List and a memeber of Who's Who Among America High School Students.

Alice is a Registered Nurse, board certified in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing. She is also a certified adult and pediatric sexual assault nurse examiner as well as a substitute clinical nursing instructor.
